Faithful to its roots in our Finca El Rosedal and to the Tempranillo variety, this vintage includes innovations in the winemaking process, such as 6 months of ageing in 500-litre French oak barrels.
The El Rosedal grapes are harvested at night and very quickly to avoid oxidation, keeping the temperature of the grapes low on their journey from the vineyard to the winery. Its pale colour is achieved thanks to the short contact with the grape skins during the winemaking process, preserving its freshness, acidity and aromas.
All in all, we obtain a rosé for ageing that promises to maintain its freshness and elegance over time.

TASTING NOTES
ColorThe very light contact of the must with the skins gives it a very pale pink colour.
NoseFresh aromas of raspberry and strawberry with hints of citrus and fresh vegetables, very subtle and balanced between them.
TasteThe acidity gives it a freshness that fills the mouth, with a delicate texture and very slight hints of wood that make it a fresh wine, but also very sweet.
It is a perfect wine to accompany fish and seafood, as well as white meats, light stews and oriental food.
