Return and Refund Policy<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h5>\n\n

The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to cancel, totally or partially, the purchase of the product, in accordance with article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of Nov. 16.<\/p>\n\n

Once the indicated period has expired, Bodegas Balb\u00e1s will not accept returns due to withdrawal of product purchases.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of desisting from the purchase, the user must contact Bodegas Balb\u00e1s by sending an email to tienda@balbas.es<\/p>\n\n

In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:<\/p>\n\n

  1. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, keeping its original packaging and labeling.<\/li>\n
  2. The return will be made using the same box or, failing that, a similar format that guarantees the condition of the product.<\/li>\n
  3. A proof of purchase must be included in the shipment accompanied by the delivery note of the products, where the returned products are also indicated.<\/li>\n
  4. Returns of orders must be made to the address of BODEGAS BALB\u00c1S, CALLE LA MAJADA, S\/N; 09311 \u2013 LA HORRA (BURGOS).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS<\/h5>\n\n

    Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to the user, he will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or those delivered that do not correspond to the order made by him. In addition, the user will have the right to claim, and to be delivered, an equal product in perfect condition.<\/p>\n\n

    In the event of a return to Bodegas Balb\u00e1s of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order, this must be done by the User through the procedure established in the previous section, although the User, in this case, will not have to face the costs of returning said products.<\/p>\n\n

    If the user has followed the procedure established in the previous section and the requirements established in said section have been met, Bodegas Balb\u00e1s will refund the price paid corresponding to the products that are returned that are defective or that do not correspond to the product order placed. by the user, in accordance with the provisions of the following section.<\/p>\n\n

    REFUND OF THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS TO THE USER<\/h5>\n\n

    If the user has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, Bodegas Balb\u00e1s will reimburse the price paid by the user corresponding to the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the user's right of withdrawal described in the first section, Bodegas Balb\u00e1s will not pay or deal with the expenses and\/or return costs.<\/p>\n\n

    The user will not be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these Return Conditions have not been met.<\/p>\n\n

    Partial returns of an order will result in the refund of the price corresponding to the returned product or products.<\/p>\n\n

    Bodegas Balb\u00e1s will manage the price refund order through the same payment system used by the user during the process of acquiring the products, within a maximum period of 30 days from the collection of the product and once Bodegas Balb\u00e1s has verified that the returned products meet the requirements established in the first two sections.
